Looking to save money on your Studio Shop purchases? Be sure to select the “Local Pickup” shipping option when you are ready to check out. You will see it under the “Your Order” section of the check-out page.

Here’s how local pickup works:
- First, thank you for your interest in shopping for handmade local products. I know you are making a choice between low-cost imported goods sold by big-box mega-businesses. And I appreciate it immensely.
- Please be sure to select a pick-up date and time window on the order form. However, do NOT come for pickup until you have received a confirmation email.
- If you select my studio as the pick-up spot, please note that I try to be here for all scheduled pick-ups, but if I need to be away when you arrive, I will be sure to have your purchase in the secure pick-up box outside my studio. (Please drive all the way to the end of the driveway. The studio is directly behind the garage.)
- If you select another local pick-up spot, please honor the times listed on the order form. Do not drop in at non-designated times, because the staff at the pick-up venue may be busy with customers.
- If you do not pick up your order within 2 weeks you will need to contact me to make alternate pickup arrangements. No worries! Life happens and throws monkey wrenches into our schedules. We’ll work things out. Just get in touch.
- REFUNDS POLICY: I’m afraid I don’t accept returns or refunds. (For clarity and convenience, I do state this on each product listing on the website.) However, I would be happy to offer one of the following options (a) provided that the swap is made within 30 days of the original purchase, and (b) you have called or emailed me to schedule an appointment. Here are your options:
- Exchange any non-customized item you purchased for something else in the store of equal value
- Apply the value of the original purchase toward a more expensive item listed on my site
- Receive a credit toward a customized item from my studio.
